KayBar LLC has partnered with various entities that share a common vision, with projects involving residential and commercial new construction, renovations, and land development in the New York area, Connecticut, New Jersey, Florida, Maryland, and Virginia. A recent endeavor involves working with the City of Waterbury’s Economic
Development department to revitalize the downtown district which included the renovation of the Brown Building. The building, previously vacant for 20 years, was gut-renovated and developed into student housing for the Waterbury UCONN Campus. It now houses over 100 students, further highlighting our commitment to community growth through a positive presence. KayBar and its partners focus on well rounded projects that have community significance and historical meaning. Further, as part of an integral approach to being a part of the community, we manage the buildings after redevelopment is complete.
